Who we are
These terms are between you and Meauxsoft (“Meauxsoft”, “we”). The software is licensed, not sold. Contact: Questions@meauxsoft.com.
Paid orders (Mo-Search 26.0 and later)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By completing a Paddle checkout you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund policy. Pricing is listed on Pricing.
This website
meauxsoft.com describes Meauxsoft products and hosts downloadable installers. The site uses Google Analytics to measure page traffic. See Privacy.
End-user license (Mo-Search and other Meauxsoft software)
Copyright © 2002–2026 Meauxsoft. This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Meauxsoft. By installing or using the software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
The installation media may be freely distributed if the installation packaging is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for distribution of this software without permission of the copyright holder.
Meauxsoft grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software and any associated documentation, subject to these terms.
You shall not: (a) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the software; (b) sell, lease, rent, or transfer the software to another; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or alter the software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this limitation.
The software and its source code are proprietary products of Meauxsoft, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acquire only the right to use the software, not other rights in the software or media. Meauxsoft retains all right, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights.
Meauxsoft, ProcessSynergy, Mo-Search, and other Meauxsoft names referred to here are trademarks or registered trademarks of Meauxsoft in the United States and/or other countries. Other brands and product names are trademarks of their respective holders.
Meauxsoft software is free of any and all adware and spyware.
Disclaimer of warranties
This software is distributed “as is.” You assume all risks when installing or using it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meauxsoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Meauxsoft does not warrant that the software is non-infringing, that it will meet your requirements, or that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Meauxsoft be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss), whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if Meauxsoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In any case, Meauxsoft’s entire liability under this license shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software.
