Refunds and cancellations.
This policy applies to paid Mo-Search licenses purchased through Paddle. It does not apply to optional 9.x PayPal donations. Last updated 8 September 2026.
Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Paddle may approve, decline, or process a refund in line with those terms, payment-scheme rules, and applicable law.
What you bought
A paid Mo-Search license is a one-time digital purchase (see Pricing). There is no subscription to cancel. Delivery is the license key emailed after payment (it begins with MS1.). That email is delivery of the digital product.
How to request a refund
- Use the “View receipt” or support link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and request a refund.
- You may also email Questions@meauxsoft.com with your order details. We will coordinate with Paddle. Product or licensing questions belong with us; payment and refund processing belong with Paddle.
Timing
Request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission within that window does not by itself guarantee a refund. Paddle reviews requests case by case. Where a refund is approved, Paddle typically returns funds to the original payment method within 14 days of approval; banks may take longer to show the credit.
After 14 days, refunds may still be granted where required by law or at Paddle’s (or our) discretion — for example if the software cannot be used as described because of a defect we cannot fix.
EU/UK withdrawal (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because the license key is emailed promptly after payment, you agree that we may supply the digital product before that period ends. Once the key has been delivered, that withdrawal right may no longer apply, except where the law says it cannot be waived. Nothing in this page limits rights you cannot give up under applicable law.
9.x donations
PayPal donations for Mo-Search 9.x are not Paddle transactions. Those are voluntary support for 9.x and are not covered by this refund policy.
