Simply open a SQLIO report (.txt) and start drilling through your data.
Note: SQLIO is a Disk Subsystem benchmark tool provided by Microsoft, used to determine the I/O capacity (Throughput, IOs, and Latency) of a given Disk configuration.
Version 1.0.7 / released Nov 1 2012 - Supports Windows XP (Windows 2003) and later.
Download SqlioAnalyzer 1.0.7
To use SQLIO:
1) Edit Param.txt with the Disk to test, and file Size in MB.
For example: c:\testfile.dat 2 0x0 10000 tests C:\ using a 10GB file
2) Run the Test (such as SQLIO_Comp.bat, which is provided with SqlioAnalyzer)
3) Upon test completion, view the report with SqlioAnalyzer
If you are collecting/analyzing reports from different systems, we recommend renaming each completed report with the Server name and Drive that was tested.
